Ben Nevis Coire Leis
Score: 67
Ben Nevis Coire Leis is a laid-back Highland dram with a buttery, biscuity sweetness and a mellow spice kick. Think baked apples, toasted oak, and a smooth malty backbone—proper easygoing, but still got that Ben Nevis depth. It’s the kind of pour that sneaks up on you in the best way—starts soft, then warms up real nice. CLUB NOTES "Salty, medium mouth feel, medium finish, sweet and hints of walnuts and caramel. Dry and very good." "Grows on you and makes you feel like there’s something in there, maybe. Then you realise, it’s just your feelings. Some warmth but very inadequate." "Fruity, cask strength? Sharp, fresh, apricot." "Aroma is awesome the best, disappointed by taste and finish" "Bit bitter."
