From the moment the cork is pried loose, it assaults the senses with a nose that’s less “peat-kissed” and more “bonfire-punched,” like someone tried to smoke out a wasp nest using petrol-soaked driftwood. The palate? A chaotic riot of ethanol and scorched oak, with fleeting hints of fruit that vanish faster than your optimism.
