Crafted from 100% Canterbury-grown and malted barley, it’s mashed, fermented, and double pot-distilled on-site, then matured for over 3½ years in 50- and 100-litre virgin French oak barrels—a choice that dials up the intensity of oak influence. Bottled at 46% ABV, this dram delivers a rich and textured profile. On the nose, you’ll find toffee, milk chocolate, oak, and soft floral undertones. The palate leans deeper: dark caramel, cocoa, new leather, creamy tannins, and a whisper of anise and florals, all wrapped in a slightly drying oak finish
