Glenmorangie 10 years
Score: 65
Glenmorangie 10 Year Old made its club debut in the fifth tasting back in 2021. It’s a straight-shooting Highland whisky, matured in ex-bourbon casks and bottled at 40% ABV, offering up soft citrus, vanilla, and a touch of floral malt. At the time, it was described as “a delight,” and it did bring easy-drinking charm to the table. But even then, it didn’t climb high, placing 4th out of the lineup. Pleasant, yes. Memorable? Not quite. It’s the kind of bottle that’s hard to fault but easy to overlook. A good sipper, no doubt, you can’t go too wrong with it, but in a club that thrives on bold character and layered storytelling, Glenmorangie 10 felt like background music. Enjoyable, but never the main act.
